Does anyone know who does Bad Credit loans?

Wondering if you know of anyone that does loans for a person with bad credit. (bad credit, low score, and too many inquires) It can be secured with a high interest rate. I really need the money for bills.

Check this site; http://www.badcreditresources.com/bad-credit-personal-loans.html . This might help you.

If you have a credit union in your area they may help you they have a tendency to help people more than banks

Yeah some, like fastcash, or payday loan. but your interest rate may be at 200% by the time you paid off the balance. Borrowing loan with high interest rate doesn't help you very much. If you have morgage to pay, call them to explain the situation, morgage would like to work out with 2 or 3 months waiver payment. You might consider reduce personal expenses. If you looking for a couple thousand dollars loan. Since you already got bad score, bank required tittle of your new car as collateral and charge you with 24% interest rate. Borrowing money from family first. Additional loan doesn't not help you either since you are in financial stuggle.

How would it be secured? What is the collateral? If your credit is that bad and you're having problems paying bills your not going to get a loan. If you can't afford what you have now how could you afford another payment? Thats exactly how banks think.

Are there any educational loans for familys with bad credit?

Are there any educational loans for familys with bad credit?

Just wanna know if i can find a loan compny how doesnt need a super credit applicant to get a loan for school.

most loans in any industry require some type of credit check. lenders are taking a risk by giving out money so they have to weigh that risk by some type of measurement which would be a credit check again this is not just in the educational industry this is anywhere more money is lent. However Federal loans like the Stafford loan are not credit based because the govt is like your cosigner per say and they guarantee the loan to the lenders so lenders are ok giving it out the money with out a credit check. Now a days a Stafford loan will not get you through college. A PLUS loan is a loan for parents and it is credit based but it is also backed by the govt so the credit check is not as tough as lets say a car loan or home loan. There is not debt to income ratio on this loan and no collateral is needed like a home quity loan. All the lenders look for is black marks on the report. And if they exist most lenders can work with the parents to provide documentation that those blackmarks have been taken care of or are bein taken care of by way of payment plans, etc... But on all that apply for scholarships and financial aid to reduce the amount you need in loans. www.collegeanswer.com is a good site to help you with scholarships and other info on how to finance your education. Your best source is always your financial aid couneslor.

the school you attend should have a financial aid office that will provide you with loan information.

apply for federal aid at http://fafsa.ed.gov/. you will then get information on grants you qualify for as well as eligibility for federal stafford loans. these are guaranteed by the government and do not require a credit check. you wouldnt be eligible for private loans because of your bad credit unless you found a co-signer with good. also be sure to do a web search for specific types of scholarships you are eligible for (ex: american indian decent, minority female, etc). check with your local vfw or similar agency to see if they offer any scholarships to needy families.

Does bad credit effect undergradute student loans?

Im thinkin about goin to university to study optometry, the course would be an undergraduate course BSc. I have a very bad credit rating and im not sure if this will effect my ability to get a student loan as i thought they were given out from the goverment not financial institutions? Could anyone clear this up for me?

Your credit should not affect recieveing a student loan from the SLC (or SAAS if you're in Scotland) - I also have a very poor credit history (I'm terrible with money) but I recieved the full student loan in September when I went into the 1st year of my BSc degree. They use different criteria to credit agencies and if you meet the criteria you should be eligible for a student loan, regardless of your credit history. The best thing to do would be to call them and speak to an advisor for advice - but make sure you get a name!!! Because if and when you have to call back and you speak to someone different, and there are no notes written up on your file from the previous call months ago - it's enough to make anyone go mad! At least if you can say, I spoke to .... and she advised me that ... then it makes you seem more credible. Good luck!

Natrub is right, your credit history has got no importance when it comes to student loans.

I have got a terrible credit history, CCJs etc, but am still entitled to loans/grants etc when at uni.

Hope this helps!

Im not exactly sure what your looking for Craig

But I found this site below and from the looks of it, I think it would be a lot of help

Anyways Gud Luck!

What banks work well with bad credit home loans?

Let me first say, Be Careful!!! Some banks will impose extremely high interest rates on a loan with bad credit. Contact a real estate agent, who is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and find out what kind of first time home buyer programs your state offers. I'm an agent in TN and we have a program called THDA. It's a great program that offers down payment assistance as well as help towards your closing costs. The interest rates are very reasonable. Explore all of your possible financing options before you jump into signing anything. Also, when purchasing a home, you should ALWAYS be represented by an real estate professional! It costs you absolutely nothing and you have someone knowledgeable to represent your best interests so you don't get taken advantage of. Good Luck on your purchase. I hope I helped you answer your question.

well it all depends, some banks except so so credit and some dont, my suggestion would be find a mortgage lender that deals with not so perfect credit.. when we bought our home we didnt have the best credit and our mortgage lender helped us make it better... heres the guy we used and he was awesome..

Banks that deal with bad credit include:

BNC Mortgage

Lime Financial

Bravo Credit (Formerly Encore Credit Corp)

Fieldstone Financial

NovaStar Financial

A good Mortgage broker that can chose one for you:

Five Stars Mortgage (www.fivestarsmortgage.com)

Best of luck to you

Well the FHA does loans for people with bad credit. I have done 3 loans through them in the past two months for people with sub 500 scores and the rates were 30 yr fixed in between 6.75 and 7.25.

There are alot of banks/borkers that specialize in credit repair, you might want to check out www.restructureyourmortgage.com you can use their mortgage calculator as well as enter your information and receive feedback from a loan consultant. Best of Luck.

Does anyone know of any loans for people with bad credit with no cosigners for college students?

I am a college student with a high past due bill. I can't go back until it's paid. Just wondering if anyone knows of a program or loans for people with very bad credit.

Usually student loans are very lax on requirements. I have very bad credit and had no issues getting loans w/o a co-signer. Mine are through wachovia.

Having bad credit just means that you can't get a private loan. But private loans are bad anyways because they have high interest rates.

The best type of loan for you to get is a federal government loan. Here's what you need to do to get one:

1) Fill out the FAFSA. This will determine if you are eligible for financial aid. Go here:

http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/

2) Once you are eligible for aid, choose a government-based student loan. The best loan to get is a Federal Perkins Loan. These have low interest rates and the government will help you pay it back as long as you stay enrolled in school. You also don't need a cosigner or good credit for it. For more info go here:

http://www.studentfinancedomain.com/student_loans/perkins_student_loans.aspx

3) The next best loan to get is a Subsidized Stafford Loan. This has many of the same benefits as a Perkins Loan. Learn more here:

http://www.studentfinancedomain.com/student_loans/subsidized_stafford_loan.aspx

You can also try to get a grant or scholarship, which is free money that you won't have to pay back. You can read about them here:

http://www.studentfinancedomain.com/financial_aid/college_scholarship.aspx

And here are some good sites to check out:

Does lending tree give loans to people with very bad credit ?

I have really bad credit and need a loan desperately will they give me a loan . i can pay it back in 3 years time. but will it be really hard for me to get a loan ?

There are people out there who will give you a loan with bad credit, but with umpteen fees and finance charges through the roof!!

Are you talking about a personal, signature loan, or a home equity loan?

When you say you can pay it back in 3 years time, what percentage rate are you figuring in that? That is a HUGE difference.

And if you are that badly in debt now, or need that money so bad now, how would you be able to pay it back when your finances seem to be at the outer limits at this time?

Sorry if this sounds at all mean, i wasn't trying to be. I have terrible credit, too. I am just trying to provoke some thought.

Lending Tree doesn't give loans. They are a service that allows you to complete an application to be submitted to banks in their network (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) Since a lot of these same banks are the ones in dire straits right now for all of the sub-prime (bad credit) lending they've done over the past few years, chances are slim to null. If you are a member of a credit union, they might be able to help, especially if you have a co-signer. Otherwise, you really don't have a lot of legitimate options during the current economy. Of course, it also depends on what the loan is for. For example, if it's a school loan, then you may be okay, if it's a car loan or a personal loan, then not so much.

OF COURSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU.YOU HAVE A BAD RECORD.HOW CAN THEY GIVE YOU.If you are under blacklist, they won't give you at all even you force them to make a loan.

buildcredit.ifastnet.com - try this service to boost you credit score before getting loan. After credit repair you can get the loan with minimal interest rate.

No one gives credit to someone with bad credit... especially the way the economy is. Maybe if you had collateral...

Online scams especially this type have doubled in the passed year.

Be careful.

/

I found this company that brokers loans. They find people like me with bad credit loans.?

The question I have is it legal to charge me the first five months of the loan up front in one lump sum before I receive the loan. The paper work looks legit. It states that I will not owe anything untill the five months are over, and then I will start my payments. After signing the contract and sending them the first five months up front then they will send me the check or direct deposit it into my account.

SCAM.

Rule #1) No legit lending company requires you to pay any money upfront.

Rule #2) Never forget Rule #1.

That is scam there are devilish people who are waiting to scam people like you,i have in a situation like this and was scammed too till i knew about these private company that gave me loan.

Bad credit personal loans?

Can anyone tell me what legimate bad credit loans there are out there. I have damaged credit due to a divorce and I need to obtain a loan but keep getting turned down. Someone even told me to try prosper and I was so excited then they turned me down because they said my credit score was low. HELP!!!

Try a company like CitiFinancial. I'm not sure if they are national (if they aren't, a company like them is) but they have offices in multiple locations. They specialize in small loans for people with moderate to poor credit. The interest rate may not be great, but the process is easy and the repayment terms are flexible.

This site might have some helpful bad credit loan information and resources for you. Hope things work out! http://loan.divinfo.com/

Personal Loans are hard to get in the first place... If you have poor credit or have nothing for collateral the bank probably will deny you..

Whatever you do, don't respond to Walter Cole or James Cobbs. This is a scam. They are not real people. Do not give any personal information to them. They promise to give you any amount, but they want payment upfront to make it a secured loan. Problem is they take your money and you never hear from them again.

If your credit score is above 520, then I would try prosper.com. The give unsecured, no-cosigner loans from $1000 - $25,000. I posted a article below that has more information on them.

How can I get a personal loan if I have bad credit?

Hi. I am currently trying to obtain a personal loan of AU $10,000. My income is $60,000/pa through a steady job and I can easily make the repayments. However, over 2.5 years ago when I moved house - I left a $200 mobile bill unpaid. In between now and this time I have settled the bill with my old mobile provider. The problem is, even though I've settled the bill ... I still have a black mark against my name on my credit rating which says that while the amount has been paid.. it was well overdue. Because of this, I can't seem to get my personal loan with any of the major banks. Is there any other way I can obtain the loan through any other lender .. the only type of 'bad credit' loan I can find is for people already severley in debt (which I'm not) .. and only seem to offer 'consolidation loans'. Is there anywhere that is likely to lend me the money? Thanks.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,

if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

You can't, you just have to wait out the period of time, I think its five to seven years, you can check with the people that refuse to give you credit. After that period then your record will be earsed and you will be able to get credit again. Just for the record you never not pay the people you owe money to because its a high price to pay as you are finding out.

Does anyone know what company will approve me for a bad credit loan?

Hi Im 23 and i have a bad credit score but i really need a $8000 loan . Does anyone know of a company that will approve me?

Arizona State Credit Union..

sorry... not likely going to happen.

But one warning... if you respond to any online bank offer that requires you to pay an upfront fee for a loan... it is a scam.

It is actually illegal to charge an upfront fee or a downpayment on a promised Loan. Any fees and charges are attached to the amount you finance and you will pay those fees with your interest on the loan.

So... do not fall for the scammer that offered you a loan as long you pay them a downpayment or a fee for the loan processing costs.

They will take your money and you will never see it again and of course you will never get the loan.

Not sure any company would risk it. Maybe if Obama wins you won't need it anymore.

No, it isn't going to happen. You'll need to make other plans.

Any help on a bad credit loan without any upfront fees?

I want to apply for a loan but have bad credit due to my ex partner, i have looked around, quite a lot of companies ask for an application fee/transfer fee and i do not have that. Can anyone suggest anything else?

You should try a local credit union, they are usually more apt to help someone in your situation.

Where can I find a high risk or bad credit loan?

My credit score is a 450 and I need to get a loan for approximately $10,000. My credit score is poor because I had to take over some debt from an ill parent. I am in the process of getting my credit back on track. I have searched the internet for hours and find articles on how easy it is to get a bad credit loan. So far I haven't found any of these sights. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I doubt that anyone is going to give you an unsecured loan for $10,000 with your credit score but I would suggest that you apply at your bank or credit union. If they turn you down they most likely can suggest an alternative. You will be paying a high interest rate because you are a default risk. Is there any alternative to borrowing this large of an amount?

Check this site http://www.badcreditresources.com it has a list of sites that give loans to people with bad credit.

You Can Try Lending Club It is a person to person loan.

Where can i get short term bad credit loans no brokerage fees?

Bad Credit Does Not Mean You Cannot Get A Loan. One of the most popular resources for researching bad credit loans is the internet. Almost all lenders have web sites that provide guidelines and information about their bad credit loan programs, and some even offer online application processes. As noted above, though, don’t fill out large numbers of applications or you may damage your credit rating further. One way to avoid this is to use an independent loans brokerage, who will make applications on your behalf only where they know you are likely to be successful. You may find a bad credit loan here,

http://badcredits.awardspace.com/

Do some research before you submit any loan applications. Check out several lenders, ask about their interest rates and loan terms, and find out more about their loan process. Be careful, though, not to submit a flurry of applications in a short period of time. Activity such as this can actually make your credit rating worse, so make sure you learn as much as possible about each lender’s program before deciding whether or not to complete an application. You can also work with an independent loan broker to help determine which lenders have programs that fit your individual circumstances.

Why don’t you try zopa? You don’t have to go to the bank. It’s all based on a process called social lending. Social Lending is where people lend and borrow money with each other, sidestepping the banks. Both lenders and borrowers get better rates, because Social Lending is more efficient than the traditional banking model. Banks have massive overheads, with thousands of employees to pay and hundreds of branches to maintain. So they have to take large margins on the money that passes through them. This isn’t the case with zopa so you can get better rates.

http://uk.zopa.com/member/tradesman

You also get £30 free if you borrow any amount of money :)

In UK its very easy to get a short term loans but if you are bad credit history then its difficult.

But we suggest you some company who provide you the loan.

ask4loan & shakespearefinance.co.uk is some of them.

Check this site http://www.badcreditresources.com - it has a list of lenders that specialized in providing loans to people with bad credit history.

Eventually you will find one, but now is a good time to get out of the credit trap. Wouldn't it be nice to have the phone ring and KNOW it's a good call, without even looking at the caller i.d.? Trust me, I've been where you are, and worse. I even had to hide in the bedroom when someone came knocking on the door.

It'll take a while to get out and the temptations will be many, but ooooh, does it feel good to be free!

Go to a real credit counselor, one that will not offer you a loan. CCCS is a good one. They'll hold your creditors at bay til you can get caught up. Then, learn to work with cash only. I lo-o-ove my debit cards!

Usually "bad credit" loans are made to people who have tangeable property and/or collateral such as land, late model vehicles, or business equipment.

If you can prove job stability for over a year, you can get a "bad credit" loan, however, you would have to make a minimum of 30K a year, you cannot borrow more than 25% of your annual salary and they would have to do a payroll pre-deduction every pay period which would be the equivelant of half of your paycheck.

this will change it all for you! you can change your credit score fast and easy: http://worknearn.niesong.hop.clickbank.net/

Bad credit loans....anyone dealt with this website before?

website is http://www.badcredit-loans.us/, have you ever gotten a loan from this website? They are asking for a membership fee of $65 for a list of bad credit lenders. Just curious is this is legit or not?

Looks shady to me. I tried searching for it in the BBB could not find it. If they are asking for money upfront, then I am pretty sure its a scam. Stay away form it.

I sure wouldn't do it. We have a bad credit car loan (high interest) -- through triad financial -- you might want to try them. They have WONDERFUL customer service too......even if you are a little late.....I've never dealt with such a nice group of people on a loan before.

Where can i get a 2000 dollar loans with bad credit?

hey does anyone know where i can get a small loan with bad credit my credit score is a 570 or so

There are plenty of places that offer loans for people with bad credit with no-hassle applications and easy requirements.

Some of these lenders even offer 1 minute approvals, and have both secured and unsecured loans, depending on your need and situation. Check the page listed below, it has information and bad credit lenders listed off and on.

http://www.axalda.info/bad-credit-loans.html

Wells Fargo Financial they can give you loans with out collateral and with not the greatest credit.

At the back table at your local pizza paror there is a guy named Guido that handles small loans. The interest rate is a bit high however.

One of the fastest ways to get cash with bad credit, and little hassle, would be with a payday loan. Yes they have terrible interest rates but they are taking a risk. This site offers more details about the payday loans as well as various sites offering the loans, many without even a credit check. Do your homework. Best starting point is here:

http://loan.deal4-you.com

Good luck.

please let me know as well

Yes, you can get a loan. Have seen lots of people asking info on bad credits. Well, if you need to get yourarrange loans or other finance, and usually means you will pay more interest on any loan you take out.

My cousin Joey will give it to you. He only asks for your firstborn in return.

For what? If you've got something that can be repo'ed, the bank is more likely to say yes.

If it is a student loan you should call nextstudent.com, they strive to help everyone.

Goodluck!

Today the lenders have started offering nearly all varieties of loans for people with poor credit record. They are also introducing many new loan products meant for this group. Now people with poor credit can get the same choices as those with the good or mediocre credit. Today you can use bad credit personal loans for many purposes like car purchase, vacation or even debt consolidation.

But if you have some assets to offer as collateral, your chances brighten. The primary reason why people with poor credit history do not get loans is because the lenders are scared that the borrowers will default again. But if you can offer collateral, your lender is secure in the knowledge that his money is in safe hands. You have to try and meet the repayment schedule, failing which you lose the asset.

If you have a poor credit score, it is difficult to get a loan from most banks and financial institutions. Credit is usually available only at a very high interest rate.Only few companies provide loan with poor credit score.Check out link for details.

What are some of the lending banks that help with home loans and bad credit?

I HAVE A LOW 500'S CREDIT SCORE, WE HAVE BEEN A STRUGGLING FAMILY FOR YEARS NOW, WE HAVE 7 KIDS AT HOME, 4 ARE FROM PREVIOUS MARRIAGES.WE ARE IN THE NEED OF OWNING OUR OWN HOME, IVE RECENTLY GOT A PROMOTION AT WORK THAT ALMOST DOUBLED MY INCOME.BETWEEN THE BOTH OF US WORKING WE MAKE ROUGHLY 80 A YEAR. CAN WE STILL GET HELP WITH A HOME LOAN?

Don't lose hope if you're looking to buy a home. There are so many different ways to fund a home now, just about anyone with any kind of credit can get into a home, regardless of credit situation.

Of course, some will cost you more money in the long run, but a home it's still one of the best investments that you can make, so, in many cases, it's worth it, especially for the first year of ownership.

You should shop around, and ask different lenders what kind of programs they have, and if they can help. Try to find a lender that specializes in bad credit mortgages. You can find some bad credit mortgage lenders listed on this page on and off:

http://www.axalda.info/bad-credit-mortgage.html

First, stop yelling. We can hear you just fine if you use lower case. Second, don't tell anyone how many children you have, because there are disposable income requirements for loans that having 7 kids will really screw up. Third, if you have a low 500s score, get used to the idea of having a down payment of at least 5%, which will probably go up soon given Fannie's changing guidelines lately, and having MI on the loan, because the only way you'll get a mortgage with that kind of score is to either go conforming, or make a deal with the subprime Devil.

Lower your credit card balances,

Pay your bill, that are on your credit report on time,

Try to pay / settle in new collection or judgment (new within 16 months)

Don't close and/or open any accounts

Order your credit report and dispute any thing at is wrong

That should help raise your FICO score within months

FHA for low fico score, would need a 3% down payment. Lowering your debt ratios and increasing your FICO scores first would be better.

If you have a poor credit score, it is difficult to get a loan from most banks and financial institutions. Credit is usually available only at a very high interest rate.Only few companies provide loan with poor credit score.Check out link for details.

Are there any good student loans out there for someone with bad credit?

I am returning to school in the fall but am short a good amount of money. I need a loan to pay for the rest of the first year, but I have really bad credit due to poor judgment from a couple of years ago. Does anyone know of any places, programs, or banks that gives student loans to people with bad credit? Any help would be great!

You should try Sallie Mae website or J. C. Bank I believe that's it or something to that extinct. Their really good and it is not based on credit like some banks. You can take out a private loan and go to whatever bank that is on the listing. My credit isn't all that great and I'm about to start building my credit back and I was approved for a student loan for fall semester. I understand where you coming from because school can become very expensive. Try to get some grants too if you can at least it will go towards your education and you wil not have to pay it back. I hope it works out for you, good luck on school this fall!!!

my dad is a vice president of a bank and has been in banking for as long as i have been alive so he has taught me and my sibling alot about money and loans and all kinds of stuff like that. ALOT of places WILL work with you to give you a loan but because you said you have bad credit your interest rate will be higher than others. They do this because to them you are a liability and charging you the higher interest insures that they will get their money. But you will be able to get a loan.

The federal Stafford loan does not require a credit check or a co-signer. Explore federal loans before considering some of the private loans mentioned above.

Start by filling out your FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov) and consult witht he financial aid office of the school you're planning to attend. Their job is to help you find the best way to pay for school.

if you qualify financially, you can get a stafford loan.

the less you make, the better

How will a bad credit loan look on my credit?

Will getting a bad credit loan to pay off some credit cards look bad on my credit history? Does it show up as just a new account when my report is checked? If it does have an adverse effect, is it worse than being extremely behind on my credit cards? I know the interest rates are very high, but thats alright with me.

Also, any suggestions where to get a bad credit loan? I guess it would be a personal loan.

Thanks you in advance!!!!

There is no distinct indication of a "bad credit" loan on a report. If you pay on time then it good. If you're late then it's bad. Sometimes the industry code can be used if the company is scoring the data themselves. We used to do this when I worked for a major retailer evaluating credit. The theory was that if you were using a "loan company" like Household Finance or Beneficial Finance, instead of a bank, it must be that you got turned down by your local banks. On of the people on our accounts receivable team flipped out when she heard this, because she had bought some dishes and the store salesman had convinced her to finance them through the store, rather than her bank card, which turned out to be placed with HFC. Oh, well. It's more of a guideline rather than a rule.

To get a loan quote, apply online. You will get loan quotes from various lenders. This will put you in an advantageous situation, where you can select low interest rate loan.

I saw your question I have decided to help people out due to the fact that I myself has been scammed four times by four lenders in my search for a loan but at last I got a reliable lender. that gave me the loan($25,000 USD) that I was in dire need of. Hence I decided that I will refer anybody I come across to this God sent lender he is reliable and his terms are fair. You can get to him via his email address: dr_leopaulson@live.com, Please tell him that Mis CHRISTY . I have search for a legit lender until I got him and I decided to help my fellow humans with this because there are a lot of fake lenders out there and I do not want any body to fall a prey please get to him and tell him that I referred you to him.

If the credit is so bad and you are extremely behind you will not be able to get a loan without a co-signor.

Beware of the jackasses who post the spam loan offers. They want YOUR money they do not want to actually lend you money after they get your money.

You are asking one of those questions that invites spammers. Unfortunately, you won't be getting a loan if you already have bad debt.

Banks only loan to folks with good credit.

If you can, get someone to cosign for you.

Unless it's absolutely necessary, you're better off to get a secured credit card to build better credit, and then get a loan; it seems that the lower your credit score, the higher your interest rate. Beneficial is one company that I've had a good experience with, and they seem to be reasonable with their loan criteria. Habitat for Humanity is another good way to secure a house and property; they're worth checking out. Good Luck!

The USDA/FHA/ HUD/have programs you may qualify for, but you should check with your realtor. Also you may have to put down a higher down payment and could end up with a higher interest rate.

I can try. Contact me whenever possible.

My credit is poor and need a loan to get my car repaired is there anybody who deals with bad credit loans?

no you can't sorry

i was mad every time i heard that. I been trying to get a a 6k loan the only way you can get one is to own your car and use that as collateral you will not find one on the internet all the sites u visit are not loan companies all they do is search there lenders for possible matches.

If your credit score is above 520 you can try prosper.com that seems the best site i saw but my credit to bad to join them. the best thing to do is ask your bank what you need to get a loan.

never never pay someone upfront for a loan this is a scam they know u dont have money why would they ask you for money before you get a loan.

your only over option is have someone with half way decent credit to co sign for you.

Are there banks out there that fianance people with bad credit for auto loans and arent tied to auto dealers?

I have bad credit but no major issues like bankruptsy, child support or anything like that....I make great money and am trying to re-establish credit...I know there are banks out there tied to dealerships that will finance me but I want to buy from a private owner and go directly through an independant bank. I plan to put down about 50% cash? Please help!

You may want to search the net for banks in your local area that may offer auto loans for people with problem credit! You may have to call and ask that bank! Explain you situation about you credit! Sometimes if you explain your situation in advance and your credit report shows that you have been proactive in taking care of finances , they might finance you! Especially with a down payment. You just have to find the car you like! Right now the economy weak, and many banks are lury giving out loans! It is all about your debt, credit score, and your earnings. However, finding the right business is the key. Therefore, you might even consider getting a private loan to finance the other 50% part! ( Capital One or Wells Fargo, CitiFinancial etc...) Or the other option is to buy a good use vehicle! There are some out there 2000 'year plus and up prices 6,000 thousand plus. It just depends on the condition and miles. Dont forget to get a internal report on the car to check if it is lemon, how many owners had the car or been in any accident!!! There are many vehilces out there use you just have to search! With hard work, determination and research you can find the rihgt one! It just take patience and time! Look in the Newspaper ( priavte owners), e-bay, even look at local bank for cars they are selling!

Hope it helps,

T.Y. :)

Where can I find a real guaranteed unsecured personal loan for people with bad credit other than citifinancial

I've tried alot of these speedy loans and bad credit loans and citibank and am coming up with nothing. I don't want to have to pay for anymore loanfinders and I've even ran into a scam or two. Somebody please give me some advice. And no payday loans either! Please!

It sounds like your credit is just too poor to qualify for loans. Instead of looking for a loan, you should figure out other ways to come up with cash. Have a garage sale, get a second job.

Make yourself a strict budget and live within your means.

you can try prosper.com

I work with lenders of all sorts across the country. Some of them can even help you. However, before considering whether or not you want to take out another loan, be sure you can actually afford to do so. If your purpose is to consolidate high interest credit cards or other loans, ask yourself if you have the discipline to quit using those credit cards until you get yourself financially stablized. If you do, then you may want to consider a loan. However, if you cannot quit using the credit cards and control your spending, then don't get the loan and find alternative methods of coming up with the money. I guarantee that if you have to work three jobs, you will not have the energy to spend money you can't afford to spend.

Please consider this issue very carefully before deciding whether or not you really want to take out a loan. Sometimes borrowing more money is NOT the right course of action.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at nebula7693@yahoo.com

Unfortunately, credit is granted based on ones ability to pay back the loan or the creditors ability to recover the funds should you fail to pay it back willingly. An unsecured loan for anyone who has not established good credit and does not have sufficient net worth or long term income is not likely an option.

If you don't have a car, home, or any assets which you can secure the loan with, you can also consider a 401K Loan.

I would personally suggest that you slow down your lifestyle and put off taking any further loans until you are able to eliminate all of your consumer debt (credit cards, car loans etc.). while effectively building your net worth by investing in assets.

Once you have done all that, you will find it much easier to seek financing and prove your credibility. The irony of the situation is that once you have accomplished this, you won't need the loan anymore making you the ideal person for a business to loan to.

Where can I find a loan for bad credit?I have looked everywhere but been turned down for every kind of loans?

I have tried all the loan companies everywhere & have been turned down by all.All I want to do is establish my credit score to be higher. I have been looking for a loan to consolidate & been turned down for those too. Any help out there?

Pay off the debt you already have that has made your credit score low, and that will help raise it. And borrowing isn't "paying it off", it's just moving the debt around.

Good luck.

There is a great place to go with this. I was in a very similar situation.

This is getting help from real people without the use of banks or credit card companies. Good Luck!

Polly with a co-signer all is possible..., but I found interesting information about your answer, Bad Credit Loans & options here. Goodhttp://all-debt-consolidation-loan.blogspot.com/2007/08/bad-credit-loans.html Good luck!

I went with a place called Chruchwood financial to consolidate my existing credit. They make you shut down your current bank and start up with a completely new one. I happened to move house in this time and all the mail for my bad credit went to my mums and my good credit went to my new house. I managed to get a egg card and a capital one. Babes.. one piece of advice. Every month £250 comes out my ccount to pay for my old debts and consolidate them. £250!!! thats a lot of partying, clohtes and even a mortage payment. I will be paying that for many years. It certianly wasnt worth the bad credit and being skint to get a quick grand to go on holiday. Another piece of advice the companies like welcome finance and other companies that claim they will give you a loan when no other will is because they have massive massive apr. they thrive on people like us that need the credit to go to them. Let me put it simply.. it got a £1000 loan when I was 18, I then topped it up with another £1000 I was paying them £190 a month, after 2 years I though hey wait a miniute I had doubled what I borrowed and still paying it back. My tip is now when im completely broke and need some money.. i take on a third or fourth job as a waitress or bar maid for a month or so and earn my £1000 it feels so much better to spend that. believe me babes.. if i could take anything back it would be all those stupid loans i got when i was young!

Do not waist time on looking for a loan.

Turn off the TV. Unplugged

Then stay late at work and see if you can work some extra hours under the table. Pay your way out of debt

Hello friend good luck on your Loan search...

*Scam Alert**

Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.

ALL so called "Private Lenders" who ask for fees upfront are scammers...

my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.

I think you need to improve your credit score. To find out specifically what you must do to raise your score, you can order your score report from all three national credit bureaus. In addition to your scoreyou still have to pay to find out your credit score, the three-digit number ranging from 300 to 850 that is the key to your borrowing costs.

Has anyone received a bad credit person loans via the internet.?

I did some research through yahoo answers and instead of paying 1000 dollars for my loan through tricorp lending services, i didnt do it because some of the answers i got back from you. i have never tooken out a loan before and i have really bad credit so a little cash down wouldnt wouldnt be unrealistic to show a little good faith on my part. this other company wants 600. so i guess my question is. is it unrealisttic to put money down for a loan

Putting money down is not unrealistic. In fact, most loan companies require a down payment or really great credit. Even with great credit, sometimes you will still be required to place a down payment. How much down payment is determined by your credit. The more you put down, the less you have to borrow and thus the less the interest and payments. The most important thing is to shop around and get the best interest rate and payment terms. Again, depending on your credit, you may have few choices.

There is some useful advice here.

Try the below company

Are there any real companies that offer bad credit loans?

I lost my job and had marks put on my credit now i,m working and i want to consolidate everything into one payment pay the bills on my credit report and re establish my credit a 5ooo loan at a repayment of 165-200 per month wouls save me 600 a month in fees

There are, but the are difficult for two reasons. 1) They will require some sort of collateral, if they work with bad credit people, some will not pay even if that someone is not you and they need to make that money up some how. 2) Also, because they lose money on more loans than companies that loan to higher credit rated consumers, they must charge a higher interest rate. Another option for you might be one of those debt consolodation groups. They contact your creditors to lower your rates and fees, then you write them one check and they pay your bills for you (I think), but even though they are non-profit, they still charge a fee to cover their expenses.

Banks or companies for bad credit loans?

My credit isn't in the absolute gutter, but it's not good at all. I have several high-interest cards that I've been trying to pay off (stupidity of youth), but it's just not going anywhere. If I can get a loan to pay everything off and then make one, responsible monthly payment, I think I could improve my credit in no time. Keep in mind that I do not own a home or have a car in my name. Please do not tell me that I shouldn't get a loan or to pawn my mother's rings or anything of the like- the only thing I am interested in is where I can get a loan, not why I shouldn't or how I can use debt consolidation. Thanks

Student Loans for people with bad credit that take only to co-signers credit into consideration?

I have bad credit, but need a student loan. Stafford loans only offer $200 because I am on scholarship, but I still need money for books and rent. I have a co-signer with good credit available. Are there any loans that will just look at their information instead of my own?

I am a retired banker and the answer is yes. Some student loans are guaranteed by government while others are not. If not gov't guaranteed then most likely a guarantor/s (co-signer/s) will be requested. Almost always this will have to be parents with sound credit. This is a requirement because a very great many students after they graduated declared bankruptcy and walked away from these loans. Now the guarantor/s (co-signers) must implement the guarantee and pay the loan. You then have the obligation to pay them back since they will likely be parents.

You can try Sallie Mae, but it's hard to get a loan these days. Try local banks too.

Do u have to be/ is it perferred to be older to be approved for bad credit or no credit car loans?

do any1 know someone as young as 22 -24 who got approved for a car loan with bad or no credit? IM ON A WING AND A PRAY I NEED A CAR BAD. I HAVE A GOOD JOB IVE BEEN ON FOR ABOUT 10 MONTHS. DO ANY 1 thinks there any hope for me?

Age isnt a huge deal. Down payment is.

If you are trying to get a Auto Car Loan and you know that your credit is not the best then you do not need to worry because getting a Car Loan even with bad credit is not that hard. Most lenders know that people nowadays have taken some hits on there credit and they have made it easier to obtain a Car Loan even if you credit is bad.

http://www.worldbestloans.com/guaranteed-car-loan.htm

When getting your auto loan be aware that you may be required to pay a higher interest rate because the lender will look at you as a higher risk with bad credit. It is important to understand that even though you have a higher interest that as you make your monthly payments on time this will help raise your credit score and then you can always refinance it at a later time.

Ask your bank or search the web or any local HP companies,

Know of any fast loans for bad credit?

I need an emergency loan of $10,000.00. I have very bad credit but high income. Are there any legitimate loan sites that can help with no collateral?

www.CashCall.com

Up to $20,000 in one business day. They are NOT a payday loan.

Look for hard money lenders in your area if you own any real estate.

Yep, try this site. It helped me.

Scholorships or grants or loans for college for person with bad credit?

I am adult going to college to learn a career and be self supporting while doing something I enjoy, but am having a hard time living on a very fixed income. have high gpa and bad credit. tried loans with no success and scholarships do not come through. Ideas?

You should complete a financial aid application at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The grants and loans awarded through this application are not based on your credit. You will need your tax returns to complete the application. Contact your financial aid office for the timeline on what you must do after the application is recieved.

DO NOT pay for a scholarship search! Search at www.fastweb.com this is a free scholarship search.

Both. Grants to be applied directly to your education ie tuition, books etc. Loans to assist your lifestyle. Also all there must be checks and balances in place. Keeping up the grades, making sure the money is being spent on what you would need to let you pursue your goal of a degree/diploma.

Okay... I am a recent college grad (3 weeks ago) who had loans. However, I did not use a private institution, bank, or credit company... I went to the best source for ANYONE to get a loan or even financial assistance--the U.S. government. You can get either an unsub/subsidized loan-- guranteed. My parents made too much money for me to get financial aide, so, I took out an unsubsidized loan from the govt, signed my promissory note through Sallie Mae, and 4 yrs later I have my Bachelors of Business Administration. 6 months from now I will have to repay the loan (never higher than 6% interest) in monthly increments. I will be making more than the minimum requirement though.

scholarships and grants are not typically based on your credit, private loans are based on your credit, however public loans such as stafford and ford direct loans are not based on credit scores, you should contact your school's financial aid office for more information about these types of loans.

there is a website called grant search USA, on there you pay 3.95 for shipping of a cd that links you to all kinds of grants. I am in your situation and found 2 or 3 for about 150 dollars each but hey anything helps. Also if you have children there is what they call temporary assistance for needy families and if you are trying to go to school a friend of mine just got 1,000 dollars so she now has money to put towards tuition. Hope this helps a little.

I have bad credit--are loans available?

I would like to buy a car but have bad credit. Are there auto loans available for bad credit people like me? If so, will the car dealer still turn me down due to my credit even if I pay for the car in full?

of coarse they are

do you mind

30-40% interest

that means that $5,000 car will cost $20,000 when you pay it off in 6 years

if you pay for the car in full why you got bad credit

There are plenty of places that offer loans for people with bad credit with no-hassle applications and easy requirements.

Some of these lenders even offer 1 minute approvals, and have both secured and unsecured loans, depending on your need and situation. Check the page listed below, it has information and bad credit lenders listed off and on.

http://www.axalda.info/bad-credit-loans.html

the answers are semi rite are loans available yes getting charged high interest rates is wrong. the finacial community years ago realized that they were scaring ppl away from getting loans because they were divorced bankrupt or something. theyve finally realized that if they cut these ppl a break then they can get more ppl to apply for loans. which in turn means more money for them. actually its easier to get a loan if ur credit is bad than if its good

Yes. The best & easiest way for you will be to rent the car for a mid-term lease, from a local car dealer. Include a rent-to-buy agreement with the dealer, and a portion of the payments will be kept as a down payment on the car.

Your bank is also an option, chances are they'll ask for a co-signer.

Or you can try different finance companies offering bad credit car loans. http://index-go.com/bad-credit-car-auto-loans.asp

Good luck !

There are loans for you no matter how bad your credit is. You will just end up paying an extremely high interest rate on it. I just bankrupt 2 years ago and bought a care the next year but I am paying 27% interest. I can refinance this Oct. Cant wait.

yes, and you will pay in the long run with high interest rates, the banks love people with no /or bad credit thats how they make there money same as credit cards

Have seen lots of people asking info on bad credits. Well, if you need to get your problem solved onarrange loans or other finance, and usually means you will pay more interest on any loan you take out.

Good luck.

If you have a poor credit score, it is difficult to get a loan from most banks and financial institutions. Credit is usually available only at a very high interest rate.Only few companies provide loan with poor credit score.Check out link for details.

Does anyone know of a company that does bad credit personal loans?

I am looking for a reputable business. I have been unemployed for a while and want to fix my debt problems. My husband and I have only his income, which is pretty good. Any suggestions?

I think maybe since you husband has a good income that you need to fix your debt problem by setting up a bedget to pay it off. It seems like you already have bad credit, and I don't think that its a good idea to get a loan to pay off other loans. With this bad economy banks are not giving out personal loans to people with good credit let alone people with bad credit.

I'm not sure how much your looking for but if it's 1,500 or under try this place http://www.lynxtrack.com/afclick.php?o=7486&b=cc831yh3&p=13087&l=1&s=VIR. I use them when I need a loan.

This site is great as a starting point. You can get quotes here too. http://loan.divinfo.com/

If your credit is real bad you probably will not get a loan anywhere. If you do find someone to give you a loan I am sure you will be paying a real high APR., like 25% or higher.

Are you looking for a loan for a home? If so, there are other factors to consider, besides credit. Medical Bills are Over looked by underwriting (since medical is a unforseen event), where as credit cards, are looked at (since you purchased items on a credit card.) Also, Job time of 2 years, Rental history for 2 years is looked at. What collections & judgements are on your credit report. Some collections may not have to be paid off. Judgements may need to be paid off - depends on the Lender and Their Underwriter. All of these are taken in as a factor on getting a home loan. Credit can be worked on, by adding alternative credit. If you are paying regularly on a cell phone, auto insurance, rent, etc - these are called alternative credit.. All is not HOPELESS - ok - take a deep breath. If your credit score is 500 or higher, anything is workable, with a seller second - etc the higher the credit score the better. Lenders look at the middle score...of the 3 scores. If you only have 1 score or 2 scores (have seen it), it is still workable....but unless a lender sees the whole picture - credit - income - job time, etc - than you will not have a "true" picture of what you can afford - To get 100 percent financing you will need a MIDDLE Credit score of 580, but, like I mentioned there are Sellers 2nd, and FHA does not necessarily go by your credit score, but they DO look at your credit for collections, and judgements that appear on your credit report. There is also the USDA Rural program, where your payments are based on your income. (They to look at collections and judgements on your credit report), if medical, you would need a letter of explaining what happened. It is harder to qualify for, and there is a lot of paperwork involved. But, if it is worth the lower payments based on your income, than the paperwork is worth it. Hope this helps - .. Good Luck.

getting a personal/unsecured loan will be difficult with bad credit, but if your loan is for a car the roadloans.com may be able to help.

Who gives student loans with no cosigner and bad credit?

I already received a pell grant and a stafford loan, but it's still not enough. Is there anyone who will give me a loan with bad credit and without a cosigner.

Private companies will NOT give you a student loan without a cosigner if you have a poor credit history. Trust me, I've tried. I did, however, get a number of state loans that were need-based. See what kind of programs your state sponsors as far as educational loans go. I live in Illinois.

there are still private loans ask your school.

im pretty sure the gov't will cause if you dont pay it back they take it out of your tax refunds

Does anyone know of a loan company in Canada that does bad credit loans?

Don't go there. Don't sink yourself deeper. Times are bad and not geting better, the last thing you need is one of those creepy loans. Rummage around and find something to sell if you need money that bad. Don't do a loan thing. Credit is froze right now. Anyone that will loan you something would be a 18% or higher.

Are there any companies out there that really give bad credit loans?

These days, it is almost impossible to stay out of debt; outside pressures from family or work can sometimes be the cause. All is not lost if you have acquired a bad credit score; there are many online bad credit loan lenders to help. Money provided to a person experiencing financial hardship is no different to any other type of loan and can be used by the applicant in the same way.

http://www.worldbestloans.com/

There are other reasons bad credit loans may be required such as for domestic emergencies, unforeseen circumstances or for consolidating previous debts. It is not uncommon for a person to arrange a loan just so they can repair their damaged credit history. They may not require the money for any specific situation.

yes there are, but you will be paying 100% interest.

Make sure you always read the fine print.

I recently graduated and I need to consolidate my student loans but have bad credit.?

I recently graduated from law school and am desperately trying to consolidate my student loans but I have bad credit. My parents are willing to co-sign but they also have bad credit.

Yes, you can consolidate your student loans. Even people who defaulted their loans can still consolidate. Consolidation loans allow you to combine different types of federal student loans to simplify repayment. Even if you have just one loan, you can also choose to consolidate it. Both the FFEL and Direct Loan Programs offer consolidation loans. There are advantages to consolidate or rehabilitate your loan.

An unsecured personal loan is an excellent choice if you are reluctant or don't own collateral and need money quickly or for short term. A secured loan carries low interest rates, flexible repayment terms and simple loan clauses. On the other hand, an unsecured loan, carries high interest rates and rigid repayment terms and conditions. Check out this site:

In case of federal student loans there's no credit check.

Are there any actual banks that give loans to people with bad credit?

I need a loan as soon as possible to cover an unexpected expense, but due to unfortunate circumstances, I have bad credit. I don't want a payday loan, so I was wondering if anybody knew of an actual bank that gives loans to people with bad credit?

Please no payday loans, and I've tried Prosper already.

You might have to reasearch more options, bad credit hurts a lot of people. http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html

Unfortunately everyone is right in the way the banks are with lending money they are to tight on there criteria. That is why there are payday loans which are here to provide people with bad credit a chance to get a short term loan. That is the way to categorize payday loans "Short Term Loans" they are not long term solutions. You can usually find payday loans with interest at about 15% per hundred dollars or so depending on the company and what the state allows to charge for interest.

Depends on how bad your credit is, how much you need, what it for and if you have any collateral. But the truth is in this time it is very hard. your own bank is the best bet if you have an active account and have a ballance every month of atleast 1/3 of what you are asking for. Unless you are trying to buy anytype of property. Go to website for more info.

If you don't have a credit score of at least 700 and the way the economy is going right now, you can forget about about it... Try to get a co-signer who has good credit to apply with you.. other than that, there's no other options..

To much tighening with the credit markets. Unless you have a credit score of 700 plus, or major collatoral, I wouldn't even bother trying a bank.

Not in this economy.

Please help, Im desesperate.

I hate to say this but you may have to drop out of college for a year.

check out prosper.com

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but you might want to check out the offers on this site:

http://www.badcreditchargecard.com

You can get qualified for a card regardless of your credit and even get a cash advance too. Might be just what you're looking for to help you get by in the meantime.

Hope that helps.

the only way you can get into a long term fix is reorganization of your debt. Instant loans are bad news, usually charging up to 500% interest on the debt. You are better off with a loan shark. Seriously though student loans are a low interest way to get yourself through college.

There may be something of use here.

What are some interest free loans? Can you get any of them with bad credit?

I know a lot of places say you can get a loan with bad credit, but I believe the catch with these places is that you can still get the loan with bad credit, but your interest rate will just be high. So I have 2 questions. First, what are some interest free loans? I know there are some because I asked and somebody said there are some, but they did not tell me what they are. Second, can you get any of the interest free loans with bad credit and still be able to have no interest? And if not then what is the lowest interest rate loan you can get with bad credit? I do not have bad credit, I am just asking.

Interest FREE?

I seriously doubt that, as there's no profit in it.

I'm pretty sure the only way to get an interest free loan is from your parents.

Is there any banks in Australia that do small credit card loans to people with bad credit? in australia?

Have tried a couple of times but I want a 1k credit card to help me manage when unexpected situations occur.

Am not that bad credit just dont think i earn enough maybe, I have a debit card, but i find i often need a small loan that i could manage and i dont want to resort to pawn shops.

There are more that a few lenders who specialize in credit cards for people with bad credit. You just have to look a little harder than most people have to.

And getting a card after you've had a few problems doesn't necessarily mean that you have a higher than normal rate. Like, I said, you'll just have to compare between credit lines, yearly fees, and interest percentages. Just make sure you do your homework BEFORE you commit, and you'll be fine.

You can find some offers for credit cards, both secured and unsecured here:

http://www.axalda.info/bad-credit-cards.html

A Credit card for people with bad credit is a form of borrowing that often involves charges. So it's wise to compare terms and fees before you agree to open a credit or charge card account. Try looking for a credit cardwhich credit cards you should apply for? Shop around because not all credit cards for people with bad credit are created equal.

A Step UP Loan is a non profit loan developed with Good Shepherd Youth and Family Service. These personal, unsecured loans are between $800 and $3000 for individuals and families living on a low income and are offered at a basic interest rate of 6.99%p.a.. Repaying a Step UP low interest loan establishes a credit rating with the credit bereau. Recipients are 'mentored' by a microcredit worker throughout the loan process and repayment period. Step UP Loans are available for individuals or families. You need to live in eligible locations in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FIND loans for college students with bad credit?

Can someone tell me where to get a loan when federal funding is not enough. I have bad credit. But peole with bad credit need additional loans for school too.

Erika:

Here's the problem with your plan:

By your own admission, you have "bad credit". I'm assuming that means that you've borrowed some money in the past, probably credit card debt, and had some problems paying it all back. Maybe you were consistently late, maybe you've had charge offs - "bad credit" could mean anything, really, but it almost certainly means that your previous creditors wouldn't highly recommend you to student lenders.

That's a problem - and you know that's a problem - but you're not facing up to how much of a problem that is at this particular point in time.

I know you've read and heard about the worldwide banking and lending crisis. Right here in the US, some of our largest banks have needed to turn to the federal government for billion dollar bailouts. Why? Because they didn't take proper care of their money over the last few years.

They didn't leave it on the street corner or put it in a box somewhere and forget where they left it - they lent it - over and over again - to people with - let's say - 'bad credit', like you.

Instead of applying their traditional, conservative analysis to loan applications, the lenders got greedy, and lightened up on their standards. They made gazillions of dollars of housing loans to people who couldn't really afford the monthly payment - and they made lots and lots of easy student loans to people with no jobs, no assets, and spotty or non-existent credit histories.

It's way too little, and way too late, but guess what? The lenders finally remembered how they used to make loans. No more loans to people who don't present the traditional picture of a borrower who has a pretty darned good chance of actually paying the loan back.

Very few lenders are even MAKING student loans right now - all of the specialty lenders like Astrive and Campus Door and My Rich Uncle and Next Student all closed down shop, and abandoned the private loan marketplace.

You will not find a bad credit educational loan from a legitimate lender. In fact, if you had good credit, you'd have a hard time finding a private educational loan.

I realize that puts you on the spot, but your need and the bank's business model are two entirely different things. If you have a really outstanding cosigner candidate, you will be approved for this type of loan. If not, then you're just not going to be able to afford this particular school at this particular time. Your only options will be to take some time off and save, or choose a less expensive school that your federal aid will cover.

I'm sorry to sound harsh, but I'm being truthful. There are no bad credit education loans from legitimate lenders at the present time.

Good luck to you.

I agree with NotAnyon...

I know it's not what you want to hear but it's true. Loans in todays market are extremely hard to come by without crystal clean credit. And no credit is NOT the same as bad credit. No credit just means you've never had any types of loans or credit cards under your name. Bad credit is just what you think it is. And trust me when I say this, any loans or credit cards that you are late paying by 30 days or more will haunt your credit report for 7 years or more. And if they go into default, collection, etc, they will really crush your score.

Alot of people right now are wonering if going back to school will help them in this lousy job market. But the reality is that not everyone will be able to finance that idea. It sucks, but even almost 10 percent of the US workforce being unemployed won't stop colleges from hiking their tuitions and making it harder and harder to get in.

I got a stafford loan from SallieMae with no credit. I think that the same thing as bad credit

Where can I locate a lender for bad credit student loans.?

I current have faasa loan, however it is not enough to fund my education. I have tried several internet searches, same results, no real loan applications for bad credit with no up front fees.

I have no idea im in the same situation. if you know of any places let me know

Same here, Use to be there was no credit check for student loans. It seems the republicans changed that. Now due to involuntary unemployment I am being dispossessed. and I had to take a leave of absence from school. What are the best student loans for bad credit/no credit.?

Stafford loans are based on income right? If I don't get any government aid, what is the best loan for me if I have somewhat bad credit. I need something with a low interest rate. My tuition is going to be about 21,000 a year. I am also an undergrad student.

Ace:

No, Stafford loans are not based on income or credit. That's why the Stafford lending program is such an important part of the financial aid system, and why so many students rely on them.

To become eligible for a Stafford loan, all you need to do is complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, better known as the FAFSA. You will only be denied a Stafford loan if:

You are not a "regular" student (as opposed to conditionally enrolled)

You are not working on a degree or certification granted by your school

Your school is not a participant in the federal student aid program

You are not a US citizen, or eligible non-citizen

You are in default on a previous federal student aid loan

You owe an overpayment on previous federal student aid

You were convicted of certain drug offenses that occurred while you were receiving federal student aid.

If none of those things apply to you, you will automatically be offered an opportunity to borrow from the Stafford lending program. The catch is that the Stafford program has annual borrowing limits.

A financial aid dependent freshman can borrow a maximum of $5500 for the entire academic year. Sophomores can borrow $6500, and juniors and seniors can borrow up to $7500.

The Stafford loan has THE lowest interest rate of any educational loan (other than the Perkins, which is only offered to the neediest of financial aid applicants). You'll pay a 6.8% fixed rate for the entire life of the loan - and you'll have 10 years to repay. The repayment obligation does not begin until 6 months after you leave school.

The Stafford application asks no questions about your income, your debts or your credit history, and the loan is entirely in your name. There are no questions about your parents, and you will never be asked for a cosigner.

The government offers another lending program that complements the Stafford, the PLUS loan program, but that program is only available to the parents of undergraduates. If your parents are looking for a way to help you with the costs of school, they can borrow up to the full cost of your attendance with a PLUS loan. The PLUS program is different in that it IS a credit-and-income loan - your parents' application would be subjected to traditional lending analysis, to determine whether they qualify for the loan.

If the Stafford (and possibly the PLUS) is not going to solve your financial need, you have a significant problem. The only other type of loan is the so-called "private" or "alternative" loan - educational loans that are offered by banks outside of the government's programs. First of all, these loans are almost always far more expensive, with higher interest rates and higher fees, second of all, these loans are all credit-and-income loans, which are only approved for applicants who can satisfy the bank's conservative lending criteria, and finally, there are a small handful of banks that are still making this kind of loan at the present time. If you go to Chase or Citi or Wells Fargo, it is nearly 100% likely that you will be required to provide a cosigner if you are going to be approved for a "private" educational loan.

I hope this information helped you - good luck!

Apply for the federal student loans at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. They have a fixed, low interest rate, no credit check or cosinger is required, and you don't have to make any payments until you graduate or leave school.

Bad credit student loans, by every means can be accessed i.e. with or without collateral as it is designed with intensions, and applicants can opt according to appropriateness and capability to borrow. As education is for all the sections of a society, in the same way, doors of bad credit student loans and its benedictions are opened for all financial categorical persons. The bad credit student loans finance the entire expenses like admission fees, accommodation fees, buying of books, computer and such. Both the method of approval and repayments are simple, as there are options for the applicants to reimburse the loan amount after six months of approval or completion of the course. Do you know of ant lenders who offer bad credit home loans?

My husband and I both have bad credit (both from previous marriages). We both work and have stable jobs. Do you know of any lenders who legitimately offer home loans to people with bad credit. The place appraises at about 160K and we can get it for about 120K. Thankms for your help

Try Multi-Prets or Exceed. My dad had bad credit an got a 200K mortgage. The interest rate is much higher than at the bank, but take a five year mortgage and then switch once your credit ratings improve.

It depends on how bad your credit is. If you are low 500's it is possible. The other consideration taken is how much money you earn per month before taxes. If you have been in the same line of work for 2 years. And if you have reserves. I am a mortgage broker hope I have helped. If you are in the state of Florida I could help you...and some other states. where are you?

If you've got a stable job with a good source of income, you might be able to apply for a loan through a website called Prosper. This site is a People-to-People (P2P) lending site where individual borrowers join in on the loans to help fund yours. The following is a link of a group that can help to walk you through the whole process:

http://www.prosper.com/groups/group_home.aspx?group_short_name=LIFFE&referrer=FundingLIFFE&utm_source=referrer-FundingLIFFE&utm_medium=referral-link&utm_content=link&utm_campaign=referrals-unknown

Where the best place to get loans with bad credit?

I just wanted to know where is the best place to get loans with bad credit.

read this article http://loans-guru.com/guranteed-bad-credit-loan/

talks about bad credit loan

There are none - any place saying they can are a scam because they will always require a large upfront fee and such to process, and then you never see your money. They are scams.

If you had bad credit and looking for loans means then just visit

need a loan with bad credit...don't worry its better for you to try for an online loan.bcoz lot of banks in online lend loans even u have a poor credit.i think that the below website will help you to find right solution.

Your credit history isn't all that important when it comes to lenders as long as you can prove that you are earning a good wage and being a first time borrower, you may only get offered around $1000 with most lenders which is pretty bad. Banks are never the best places to get loans unless you can provide up to five years worth of addresses and have had a regular income going into your account for a good while.

Most lenders (Not Bank ones) are interested only in whether you have a regular full time job and/or if you have a home of your own or assets they can take in the event that you might die or fail to keep up with payments for any reason. This is why many loans are for home-owners rather than for tenants secured or unsecured loans.

Many loan companies take on people with bad credit or no credit because they are going to make a profit from the interest rates they charge anyway and why the good/bad credit thing is so irrelevant when applying for a loan generally. Very few loan companies turn away poor credit score customers as long as they are working or own a home.

-----------------------------------

http://www.loansandinsurances.com/

If you have a bad credit history still the loan market place is full of lenders who are ever willing to offer you a fresh loan. But you should be meeting some conditions laid down by the lenders. Loans for bad credit people are in fact easier to get then they were ever before, thanks mainly to cut-throat competition amongst the lenders. Lenders are giving loans to the bad credit people who have late payments, payment defaults, arrears, county court judgments or any credit problems. These loans are available for any purpose like home improvements, purchasing a new or used car of your choice, for wedding and holiday tour, debt consolidation or for paying child’s tuition fees.

http://loan--house.blogspot.com/

Every lender in approving loans surely likes to see if the bad credit borrower has sufficient capacity to repay the loan in timely manner. If the borrower earns well, has regular bank balance, has been an employee for some years and has a convincing loan repayment plan in place, then the lenders do not usually hesitate much. So ensure that you have adequate repaying capacity before applying for a loan. Also, you should first check your credit report for any errors. If your credit score is too low then you would be charged a very high rate of interest. So it is advisable to first pay off some easy debts to improved credit score and then you should apply for loan at better rates.

I saw where a company helps to improve your score then lend you the money. They have an 80% approval rate. The ad was at: http://www.jensden.com/g.o/autoprt

How to consolidate my private student loans with bad credit.?

I have student loans with sallie mae. I have around 76,000 with private and federal student loans. I have ran out of forberence. I had to use my forberences in the past because of no job or not enough money to make payments. Well...now my payments is over 1500 a month. I will be starting a new job next monday. I will be making around 2000 dollars a month. My wife and I and my mother have a house together and our morgage is 1775 and i also have a son. As you can see theres no way I can make that high of a payment. i now have very bad credit because of the student loans. My mother was also the co signer for the loans and she has bad credit. My wife dosnt have very good credit also. I guess you can say that I dont have another co signer to use. I am trying and stressing on how to pay my loans and getting my credit back. If anyone knows or can give any advice please please do.

Sounds like you want a chance to get your loans paid back and restore your credit to a healthy level. Have you talked to Sallie Mae to explore all options and help get your monthly payments to a manageable level? Give them a chance to help - they will. Call toll-free at 888-2-SALLIE and provide them with your account number. Tell them exactly what you've blogged here and ask them for help on repayment options, including consolidation for both types of loans.

If you haven't consolidated your federal loans yet, that might help you. You don't need a cosigner to do that. And you can typically consolidate as long as none of your loans have defaulted. If you can consolidate your federal loans, try to get a deferment called "financial hardship deferment." Then you can focus on paying down your private loans. Hope this helps.

If the loans are in default, your best bet is to work with the current lenders to restructure them. If they are not yet in default, you may be able to do a consolidation loan. Generally credit is not an issue with consolidating the loans, as long as they are no in default.

A couple of places I recommend are Chase Bank, they have a student loan division you can reach through http://www.usadegrees.com/consolidate/ and Student Loan Advisors at http://www.StudentLoanAdvisors.com

Good luck with getting everything straightened out. It's certainly stressful, but it's better to be proactive than reactive in matters like this.

Students who are looking for a bad credit student loan should pick three schools they are most interested in, talk to the admissions office, and ask what is needed to apply in their school.A bad creditdepending on whether you are a homeowner or not. The rate of interest to be paid on unsecured bad credit student loans is higher than that on secured bad credit student loans. This is because the secured bad credit student loans are backed by your home as a security.

Banks and finance companies make a lot of money from consolidation loans. Since they all are offering the same product, the only way that they can compete to get your business is to offer incentives.

You need to shop around to see which bank will offer you the best incentives. Different banks will give you different incentives such as lower monthly payments, cash back, etc.

Here are some sites I'd check, including your current lender who might try and cut you a deal to keep you:

http://salliemae.com - your current lender and a major student lending company

http://financialaid.com - student loans and consolidations

http://finfo.com - receive up to four competing offers from banks with no obligation

Make sure you explain your situation and tell them that your shopping around for the best deal. That should get you the deal that you want.

Good luck!

You need to talk to various student loan companies and see if they will consolidate your loans and let you make a lower payment. I use Citibank, and I have found them to be extremely helpful and responsive. I have heard bad things about Sallie Mae and their ridiculously high payments, but you may be able to talk to them about at least lowering your payments. Student loans are not supposed to bankrupt you, but you are expected to pay something back each month. See if they will work with you to lower your payment. Citibank's website is www.studentloan.com. Check them out and see if they can help you.

"SCAM ALERT" Beware of all advance fee scams on the internet. Never send $ up front via western union, money gram,bank/wire transfer to any foreign country in hopes of getting anything in return. You won't,you will get 100% guaranted scammed if you do.
